While in Europe with her husband Mark Anthony, Jennifer Lopez was served with a subpoena that informed her that she was asked to give her account of an incident at an upcoming deposition.
She had kept quiet about the nightclub shooting incident which involved her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs for 8 years, ever since December 27 1999.
The woman named Natania Reuben, who was shot in the face during the incident, had engaged lawyers to file a lawsuit for $130 million.
Her lawyers obtained the subpoena for J. Lo to force her to testify. Combs and Jamal “Shyne” Barrow were involved in incident and Shyne has already been jailed.
Also a lawsuit has been filed against Jennifer by a flight attendant who said that back in 2006, one of J Lo’s guard dogs bit her. Apparently the dog caused some serious injuries that required surgery.

Lindsay’s dad Michael apparently has a secret love child. Namely in his interview with OK Magazine Michael claims the 13-year-old girl, was conceived when he and now ex-wife Dina were separated (yes we truly believe he wasn’t cheating on her).
He said: “Years later the woman contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child. She is beginning to look a lot like Linds, with a mix of younger brother Cody, believe it or not.””
Until now Michael talked to his secret daughter many times, and even called her for her recent 13th birthday on June 12 but he has never visited her or provided financial support.
“It’s time for Michael to take responsibility,” the girl’s mother tells OK!

Marriage Between Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe is Officially Over

Actress Reese Witherspoon’s marriage to Ryan Phillippe is officially over - their divorce was finalized on Thursday June 13th and apparently Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhal are moving in together.
It’s just temporary for work but according to their friends Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are on a path to the altar. US Weekly reports that Jake has quietly moved into Witherspoon’s $5 million L.A. home and is already part of her fiercely guarded family.
Apparently he is helping her to raise her two kids from her former marriage to Philippe Ava, 8 and Deacon, 4.
“Marriage is definitely what they are working toward,” a source close to the actress, 32, tells Us of the couple who’ve been together for a year.
“They literally don’t want to spend any time away from each other,” a Witherspoon friend adds.
According to Hollywood Reporter Reese is still the highest paid actress at $15-20 million a film.

Madonna and Guy to divorce
Daily Mirror reports that Madonna will split from husband Guy Ritchie after 7 years of marriage, but will not make the final announcement about it until her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour finishes in Mexico on November 29.
According to a source close to the couple “Although the marriage is coming to an end, they don’t want to say anything until the tour is over.
“They live like brother and sister rather than husband and wife and thought it best to call it a day. There’s been speculation about them having furious rows, but they have just grown apart. They’ve decided they’re better off as friends. It’s sad, but they’re determined to keep it amicable.”
Madonna, 49, and Guy, 39, have a seven-year-old son Rocco and an adopted son
David, 2. Madonna has a 11-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship.
Namely Madonna who reportedly has no pre-nuptial agreement with Ritchie hoped to resolve their difference but after she realized their relationship is irreparable, she seeked legal consultation. Apparently she was very impressed with Fiona Shackleton (represented Sir Paul McCartney in his divorce from Heather Mills) that she hired her.
Madonna also met with Nicholas Mostyn (represented Header Mills in her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney) at his London office around a month ago.
Madonna’s spokesperson denied those claims saying “There is no truth to reports of their divorce. Madonna has not met with any lawyers nor are there any plans for a divorce.” but of the latest rumors would only say: “We are unable to comment on this.”

Angelina Jolie Still Pregnant

Despite rumors about already having her twin babies Angelina Jolie is still very pregnant. Jolie’s twins are due in August, but are likely to be born around July 15.
Pregnancy and bed rest can’t stop Angelina or her generous heart. A charity auction for her leather jacket from the movie Wanted started yesterday and according to Huffington post the Jolie/Pitt couple has donated $1 million to help kids affected by the war in Iraq.
The money will be distributed by the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict to 4 organizations working on behalf of children who have lost parents, homes and schools in Iraq. Both Iraqi and US children.
