According to TMZ.com, back in September, a man wearing a Guitar Hero t-shirt was caught carrying a silver handgun on surveillance video robbing a bank. As it turned out the guy on the video went to high school with Stacy Ann Ferguson aka Fergie. Not only that but Vincent Dean Malicek was her prom date back in 1993.
Malicek was arrested this Friday For armed robbery and taken into custody by California after allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank in one of Ralphs supermarket.
Fergie will portray a prostitute in the upcoming film “Nine”, an adaptation of the Tony-winning musical which stars actors Daniel Day Lewis, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman and Judi Dench.

Bijou Phillips was spotted on her way to visit half sister Mackenzie Phillips at the Van Nuys Police station earlier today.
Bijou has paid multiple visits to her incarcerated sibling since her arrest earlier this week at LAX International Airport.
Her half sister MacKenzie Phillips was arrested on at LAX International Airport for alleged possession of crack cocaine and heroin. The 48-year-old actress is known for her long battle with drug addiction.
“She was being screened by airport security when a small amount of what appeared to be heroin and cocaine were found on her person,” Sgt. Jim Holcomb said. “She was arrested at about 10 a.m. and is still in custody.”
Reportedly, Bijou and her boyfriend Danny Masterson of “That 70’s show” were quick to respond, offering to post the $10,000 bond required to bail her out. But the “One Day at a Time” actress declined the offer, saying that she was broke and just wanted to stay behind bars.

Just one year after the breakdown Britney is on OK! magazine cover with her two sons looking beautiful as ever.
As Ok magazine finds out Britney is hoping her boys will not choose a career in entertainment. “I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to,” she explains. “I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood.
Commenting on her sisters pregnancy: “I was shocked a little bit,” says Brit. “She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling.” Britney said that she wants her sons to be close to her newborn niece. “I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie,” she says.
Britney’s father Jamie was also present for the interview revealing how his relationship with Britney has improved. He also said that “Kevin (Federline) is all for everything. He wants her to have 50/50 custody. He wants them to raise these kids together. Kevin’s heart is right.”

23-year old Alison Carroll has been unveiled as the brand new face of Lara Croft. Earlier today she appeared before the media for the first time during a press conference at Pineapple Studios in London, England.
For the new Tomb Raider game, slated for a November release, Carroll will be the face of Croft, joining the long list of ladies who have held the title.
According to the press on the morning of her first major meeting with the producers, the young actress got locked in her apartment: “I am on the first floor and the only way out was over the balcony in true Lara style,” she said. “I chucked my bags over the balcony, over I went, then jumped on to the fence and got down. We got to the meeting on time to find out I’d got the role!”

After investigating the Shia LaBeouf accident, Los Angeles police have determined that LaBeouf was not at fault.
LaBeouf was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DUI early Sunday morning. He was making a left turn when his truck was hit by another vehicle and rolled over. LaBeouf had to be taken to the hospital for hand surgery, and production of Transformers 2, which is currently filming, has been delayed one month.
L.A. Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells US Magazine: “The other car ran a red light and, if not already, they will be cited. They will now be listed as Party One on the report, indicating they were at fault.”

Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested for DUI after being involved in an early morning car accident in Hollywood on Sunday after a big night out at the West Hollywood hotspot “Troubadour Club”.
According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Wolf: “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that Mr. LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.”
Shia was booked on charges of misdemeanor DUI and then released.
An eye witness heard a loud crash around 2:45 a.m., and the sound of Shia’s truck rolling over. When he got down to scene, Shia LaBeouf was already out of the car and the female riding with him was crawling out of the drivers side of the truck. The truck was smoking, making noise and still running. The driver of the other car was also out of the car by this time.

Khloe Kardashian turned herself in to police custody at the Van Nuys courthouse this morning (July 18).
According to breaking news reports, the 24-year-old Khloe was booked at 8:52 a.m. to begin a 30-day sentence.
The jail term comes as a result of Khloe’s failure to complete roadside cleanup duty and enroll in an alcohol education class following a DUI arrest in March 2007.
She got the DUI on March 4, 2007 when she got caught driving with a .13 blood alcohol level, well above the .08 limit. Khloe was placed on 36 months probation but earlier this month, she admitted she failed to comply with her Cal Trans requirements

Namely Anne Hathaway’s private diaries were taken as a part of an ongoing investigation of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering against her ex boyfriend Raffaello Follieri. Follieri has been charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering.
The United States Attorney’s Office said that Follieri misappropriated “hundreds of thousands of dollars in investor money to live a luxurious lifestyle, including expensive restaurants and clothes; dog walking services; an apartment in Manhattan that leased for approximately $37,000 per month; medical expenses for his girlfriend at the time and his parents, including a ‘house call’ by Follieri’s physician, which cost $30,000.”

Just one week after giving birth to baby twins, Angelina Jolie has left the Lenval hospital to head home with Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon. Jolie slipped out around 3.50 a.m. this morning with the twins, evading most of the paparazzi who have followed the family for months since Jolie arrived for the Cannes film festival in May.
According to news reports received from the sources on the scene, “a Mercedes people carrier was spotted exiting the hospital carrying Brad and Jolie’s bags, along with children’s seats which were thrown in behind the driver.”

Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both he and Britney Spears reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case last night. Kevin Federline will retain sole legal and physical custody of their children.
“At about 8 p.m., a final settlement in the Kevin Federline / Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The case has been settled and the agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner.”
