Khloe Kardashian Turned Herself in To Police Custody

Khloe Kardashian turned herself in to police custody at the Van Nuys courthouse this morning (July 18).

According to breaking news reports, the 24-year-old Khloe was booked at 8:52 a.m. to begin a 30-day sentence.

The jail term comes as a result of Khloe’s failure to complete roadside cleanup duty and enroll in an alcohol education class following a DUI arrest in March 2007.

She got the DUI on March 4, 2007 when she got caught driving with a .13 blood alcohol level, well above the .08 limit. Khloe was placed on 36 months probation but earlier this month, she admitted she failed to comply with her Cal Trans requirements

“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” her rep told People magazine.

Her Sister Kim Kardashian spoke to the press yesterday and said: “She’s not nervous now, but I think she will be tomorrow. She definitely has to live up to what she’s done and take responsibility, and she’s willing to do that. I think she just wants it over with.”
