Malicek was arrested this Friday For armed robbery and taken into custody by California after allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank in one of Ralphs supermarket.

Bijou Phillips was spotted on her way to visit half sister Mackenzie Phillips at the Van Nuys Police station earlier today.

Bijou has paid multiple visits to her incarcerated sibling since her arrest earlier this week at LAX International Airport.

Her half sister MacKenzie Phillips was arrested on at LAX International Airport for alleged possession of crack cocaine and heroin. The 48-year-old actress is known for her long battle with drug addiction.

“She was being screened by airport security when a small amount of what appeared to be heroin and cocaine were found on her person,” Sgt. Jim Holcomb said. “She was arrested at about 10 a.m. and is still in custody.”

Reportedly, Bijou and her boyfriend Danny Masterson of “That 70’s show” were quick to respond, offering to post the $10,000 bond required to bail her out. But the “One Day at a Time” actress declined the offer, saying that she was broke and just wanted to stay behind bars.

Phillips’ rep had no comment on the incident.

Just one year after the breakdown Britney is on OK! magazine cover with her two sons looking beautiful as ever.

As Ok magazine finds out Britney is hoping her boys will not choose a career in entertainment. “I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to,” she explains. “I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood.

Commenting on her sisters pregnancy: “I was shocked a little bit,” says Brit. “She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling.” Britney said that she wants her sons to be close to her newborn niece. “I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie,” she says.

Britney’s father Jamie was also present for the interview revealing how his relationship with Britney has improved. He also said that “Kevin (Federline) is all for everything. He wants her to have 50/50 custody. He wants them to raise these kids together. Kevin’s heart is right.”

There’s of course another positive thing from all this. Britney has a new album, which she expects to hit stores in six to nine months. “I think it is more urban,” she tells OK!. “I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room… This is my best work ever.”

Apparently Britney wrote a new song about her sons, Jayden and Preston, called “My Baby”.

23-year old Alison Carroll has been unveiled as the brand new face of Lara Croft. Earlier today she appeared before the media for the first time during a press conference at Pineapple Studios in London, England.

For the new Tomb Raider game, slated for a November release, Carroll will be the face of Croft, joining the long list of ladies who have held the title.

According to the press on the morning of her first major meeting with the producers, the young actress got locked in her apartment: “I am on the first floor and the only way out was over the balcony in true Lara style,” she said. “I chucked my bags over the balcony, over I went, then jumped on to the fence and got down. We got to the meeting on time to find out I’d got the role!”

The 23-year-old brunette is definitely fit for the part, with a stunning combination of beauty and athletic ability. She’s won multiple first place trophies in regional and national competitions and is a BGA accredited Club Coach in Tumbling, Sports Acrobatics, and General Gymnastics.

After investigating the Shia LaBeouf accident, Los Angeles police have determined that LaBeouf was not at fault.

LaBeouf was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DUI early Sunday morning. He was making a left turn when his truck was hit by another vehicle and rolled over. LaBeouf had to be taken to the hospital for hand surgery, and production of Transformers 2, which is currently filming, has been delayed one month.

L.A. Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells US Magazine: “The other car ran a red light and, if not already, they will be cited. They will now be listed as Party One on the report, indicating they were at fault.”

“He was not at fault,” sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said. “The motorist, whose identity has not been disclosed, ran a red light while LaBeouf attempted to make a legal left turn,” said Whitmore. LaBeouf instead plowed into the oncoming car.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Kristin Aloma said the actor “was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication” and booked him on the misdemeanor charge Sunday morning.

LaBeouf was taken by ambulance from the scene to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He will remain at the facility untill he recuperates from hand surgery. He is expected to make a full recovery.

LaBeouf wasn’t responsible for the crash, but his DUI count still stands.

Despite police claims that Shia has exhibited signs of “obvious intoxication,” an eyewitness tells a different story. Brian Perrulli told Access Hollywood that he was “heading home from work when he came across the scene.” He said Shia was shocked and disoriented after the ordeal but that he didn’t seem drunk to him. According to Mr. Perrulli, the driver in the other car repeatedly told Shia to leave the scene, saying ” ‘I never saw you,” but Shia kept asserting that he needed to stay and take responsibility for the accident.

Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested for DUI after being involved in an early morning car accident in Hollywood on Sunday after a big night out at the West Hollywood hotspot “Troubadour Club”.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Wolf: “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that Mr. LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.”

Shia was booked on charges of misdemeanor DUI and then released.

An eye witness heard a loud crash around 2:45 a.m., and the sound of Shia’s truck rolling over. When he got down to scene, Shia LaBeouf was already out of the car and the female riding with him was crawling out of the drivers side of the truck. The truck was smoking, making noise and still running. The driver of the other car was also out of the car by this time.

Apparently LaBeouf was trying to make a left turn when the accident happened and his car rolled over. Shia’s co-star Isabel Lucas who was riding with Shia and the driver of the other car involved in the crash weren’t seriously hurt, and Shia was being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. for injuries to his head, left hand and knee.

LaBeouf’s rep says that the actor is “currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month.”

Khloe Kardashian turned herself in to police custody at the Van Nuys courthouse this morning (July 18).

According to breaking news reports, the 24-year-old Khloe was booked at 8:52 a.m. to begin a 30-day sentence.

The jail term comes as a result of Khloe’s failure to complete roadside cleanup duty and enroll in an alcohol education class following a DUI arrest in March 2007.

She got the DUI on March 4, 2007 when she got caught driving with a .13 blood alcohol level, well above the .08 limit. Khloe was placed on 36 months probation but earlier this month, she admitted she failed to comply with her Cal Trans requirements

“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” her rep told People magazine.

Her Sister Kim Kardashian spoke to the press yesterday and said: “She’s not nervous now, but I think she will be tomorrow. She definitely has to live up to what she’s done and take responsibility, and she’s willing to do that. I think she just wants it over with.”

The Princess Diaries were confiscated by the FBI earlier this week. Namely Anne Hathaway’s private diaries were taken as a part of an ongoing investigation of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering against her ex boyfriend Raffaello Follieri. Follieri has been charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering.

The United States Attorney’s Office said that Follieri misappropriated “hundreds of thousands of dollars in investor money to live a luxurious lifestyle, including expensive restaurants and clothes; dog walking services; an apartment in Manhattan that leased for approximately $37,000 per month; medical expenses for his girlfriend at the time and his parents, including a ‘house call’ by Follieri’s physician, which cost $30,000.”

Even though Hathaway broke up with Follieri a few days before he was arrested and hasn’t been implicated in any of his alleged crimes her private diaries have been confiscated.

The New York Daily News is reporting that FBI agents also snagged photos of Follieri with Hathaway, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Pope John Paul II, and John and Cindy McCain, as well as documents, watches, a Tiffany clock and an antique Bible.

“Raffaello is doing very badly,” says a friend of Follieri, who was hospitalized for an anxiety attack the day he was locked up. “He says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.”

According to friends, he still wonders whether Hathaway, 25, helped put him behind bars. “He was in Europe, working on a deal,” says a source. “He didn’t have to come back to New York. He knew he was being investigated. But she kept calling him, saying they needed to resolve their future. A few days after his return, he was arrested.”

Hathaway’s rep declined to comment on “nonsense” and “false assumptions.”

Just one week after giving birth to baby twins, Angelina Jolie has left the Lenval hospital to head home with Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon. Jolie slipped out around 3.50 a.m. this morning with the twins, evading most of the paparazzi who have followed the family for months since Jolie arrived for the Cannes film festival in May.

According to news reports received from the sources on the scene, “a Mercedes people carrier was spotted exiting the hospital carrying Brad and Jolie’s bags, along with children’s seats which were thrown in behind the driver.”

Meanwhile, the hospital’s Web site posted the following: “Angelina Jolie left the clinic Santa Maria of Foundation Lenval around 4AM on July 19 with her babies, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. The mother and her babies are doing very well.”

The couples obstetrician, Doctor Micheal Sussmann, had no comment about the progress of the twins and Angelina Jolie to the waiting media, but at 9 a.m., he confirmed the family’s departure, telling reporters, “You can go home. The story is over.”

The couple had rented four rooms on the fifth floor of the maternity ward of the Lenval hospital, located on Nice’s beach-front California Avenue. The mirrored blue windows of Jolie’s room, which looked out the Mediterranean, were treated with a special material that blocked telephoto lenses from peering in.

She managed to check into the hospital unobserved. In its statement, the Fondation Lenval thanked the Jolie-Pitts for choosing its hospital, ad of course the hospital staff “for the attention and care they paid to the family” and the “journalists around the hospital who did their best to respect their privacy.”

Apparently an unnamed U.S. publication has paid $11 million for exclusive rights to the first photos of the Jolie-Pitt twins and that the proceeds will go to charity.

Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both he and Britney Spears reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case last night. Kevin Federline will retain sole legal and physical custody of their children.

“At about 8 p.m., a final settlement in the Kevin Federline / Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The case has been settled and the agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner.”

He continued, “Kevin was not [out] to get custody. Kevin’s goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent. He said ‘I need to have Britney to be involved in the co-parenting of the kids but I need there to be a structure.’”

“Nobody could have anticipated the terms of events that have occurred….This was a two-year journey that will be halted at a point that is good for these children. Custody is always modifiable. If there is a final order, it means there is nothing to try.”

Britney Spears, who remains under the legal conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears, lost custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James last October. Her visitation rights were restricted after January meltdowns, hospitalizations and psychiatric evaluations.

She has monitored visitation with Sean and Jayden once a week and one overnight. Recently, Lynne Spears joined her for one of those.
