Fergie’s prom date arrested last Friday

According to TMZ.com, back in September, a man wearing a Guitar Hero t-shirt was caught carrying a silver handgun on surveillance video robbing a bank. As it turned out the guy on the video went to high school with Stacy Ann Ferguson aka Fergie. Not only that but Vincent Dean Malicek was her prom date back in 1993.

Malicek was arrested this Friday For armed robbery and taken into custody by California after allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank in one of Ralphs supermarket.

Fergie will portray a prostitute in the upcoming film “Nine”, an adaptation of the Tony-winning musical which stars actors Daniel Day Lewis, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman and Judi Dench.

Bijou Phillips was spotted on her way to visit half sister Mackenzie Phillips at the Van Nuys Police station earlier today.

Bijou has paid multiple visits to her incarcerated sibling since her arrest earlier this week at LAX International Airport.

Her half sister MacKenzie Phillips was arrested on at LAX International Airport for alleged possession of crack cocaine and heroin. The 48-year-old actress is known for her long battle with drug addiction.

“She was being screened by airport security when a small amount of what appeared to be heroin and cocaine were found on her person,” Sgt. Jim Holcomb said. “She was arrested at about 10 a.m. and is still in custody.”

Reportedly, Bijou and her boyfriend Danny Masterson of “That 70’s show” were quick to respond, offering to post the $10,000 bond required to bail her out. But the “One Day at a Time” actress declined the offer, saying that she was broke and just wanted to stay behind bars.

As Ok magazine finds out Britney is hoping her boys will not choose a career in entertainment. “I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to,” she explains. “I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood.

Commenting on her sisters pregnancy: “I was shocked a little bit,” says Brit. “She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling.” Britney said that she wants her sons to be close to her newborn niece. “I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie,” she says.

Britney’s father Jamie was also present for the interview revealing how his relationship with Britney has improved. He also said that “Kevin (Federline) is all for everything. He wants her to have 50/50 custody. He wants them to raise these kids together. Kevin’s heart is right.”

Amy Winehouse was spotted by the paparazzi randomly going for a walk. As she made her way to the chip shop, she held out an “ace of hearts” playing card, saying that it was for her husband Blake.

According to Winehouse’s rep, she was discharged two days ago (June 30th) from the clinic. “She has left the hospital. She is continuing as an outpatient. She will return for regular appointments for checkups.” He continued, “There comes a time when you are ready to leave the hospital, and so she left. No one was trying to keep her there. It was completely up to her – everyone knew she would not stay there forever.”

Also an Amy Winehouse wax figure is in the works! It will replicate her completely with myriad tattoos and beehive, and will be unveiled in London next month, the Madame Tussauds museum says.

While in Europe with her husband Mark Anthony, Jennifer Lopez was served with a subpoena that informed her that she was asked to give her account of an incident at an upcoming deposition.

She had kept quiet about the nightclub shooting incident which involved her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs for 8 years, ever since December 27 1999.

The woman named Natania Reuben, who was shot in the face during the incident, had engaged lawyers to file a lawsuit for $130 million.

Her lawyers obtained the subpoena for J. Lo to force her to testify. Combs and Jamal “Shyne” Barrow were involved in incident and Shyne has already been jailed.

Also a lawsuit has been filed against Jennifer by a flight attendant who said that back in 2006, one of J Lo’s guard dogs bit her. Apparently the dog caused some serious injuries that required surgery.
