Daily Mirror reports that Madonna will split from husband Guy Ritchie after 7 years of marriage, but will not make the final announcement about it until her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour finishes in Mexico on November 29.

According to a source close to the couple “Although the marriage is coming to an end, they don’t want to say anything until the tour is over.

“They live like brother and sister rather than husband and wife and thought it best to call it a day. There’s been speculation about them having furious rows, but they have just grown apart. They’ve decided they’re better off as friends. It’s sad, but they’re determined to keep it amicable.”

Madonna, 49, and Guy, 39, have a seven-year-old son Rocco and an adopted son
David, 2. Madonna has a 11-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship.

Namely Madonna who reportedly has no pre-nuptial agreement with Ritchie hoped to resolve their difference but after she realized their relationship is irreparable, she seeked legal consultation. Apparently she was very impressed with Fiona Shackleton (represented Sir Paul McCartney in his divorce from Heather Mills) that she hired her.

Madonna also met with Nicholas Mostyn (represented Header Mills in her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney) at his London office around a month ago.

Madonna’s spokesperson denied those claims saying “There is no truth to reports of their divorce. Madonna has not met with any lawyers nor are there any plans for a divorce.” but of the latest rumors would only say: “We are unable to comment on this.”
